Fantasy Gaming & Collectibles is an online retail store specializing in authentic trading cards, LEGO products, Funko Pops, and premium pop culture merchandise.

When we use words like “we”, “us”, “our”, or “FGC” in these terms, we are referring directly to Steria Group (Pty) Ltd.

While we reserve the right to update our product listings, store promotions, and general site content whenever necessary, your prices are safe with us. Once you place an order and your payment is verified, the price and terms active at that exact moment are locked in and guaranteed for your transaction.

2. Orders and Stock Availability

We love helping you build your collection, but all orders depend on product availability.

In the rare event that an item sells out or cannot be supplied after you’ve checked out, we won’t leave you hanging. We will get in touch with you right away and issue a 100% full refund back to your original payment method within 24 hours.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices shown on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the standard regulated rate.

We work hard to keep our catalog completely accurate. However, if a system glitch or mistake causes an item to be listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping out your package. You’ll have the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for an immediate, full refund.

4. Payments and Security

To keep your personal details safe, all online transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways, including PayFast.

Your order will be placed into our packing queue once your payment has successfully cleared and been verified in full on our side.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We want your items to arrive quickly and in pristine condition. All shipping charges are calculated transparently at checkout before you make a payment, and we offer free nationwide shipping for orders that meet our R1,499 threshold.

6. Pre-Order Conditions

Securing pre-orders is a great way to lock down highly anticipated releases. Please keep in mind that pre-order items are supplied subject to manufacturer allocations and distribution schedules.

Any release dates listed on our product pages are estimates provided by official distributors.

If a supplier cuts our allocation or a manufacturer cancels a release entirely, we will notify you immediately and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return a faulty item, report transit damage, or request store credit because you changed your mind, all guidelines and timelines are clearly mapped out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Product Displays and Authenticity

We want to make sure you buy with absolute confidence. All trading cards, LEGO sets, and Funko products are guaranteed 100% authentic and factory-sealed.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes. Outer packaging artwork, box variants, or minor manufacturer printing shifts can occur occasionally, but this never changes the verified authenticity of the collectible inside.

9. Intellectual Property

We take pride in our brand! All original website content, logos, custom text, graphics, and design layouts created by Fantasy Gaming & Collectibles are the exclusive property of Steria Group (Pty) Ltd.

Official franchise trademarks, logos, and brand names, including Pokémon, ONE PIECE, LEGO, and Funko, belong entirely to their respective trademark owners.

10. Consumer Protection and Liability

Your trust is everything to us. Fantasy Gaming & Collectibles operates in compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA).

Nothing in these terms limits or removes your legal consumer rights under South African law.

Our liability to you is limited up to the full purchase price of the specific products bought from our store.

11. Data Privacy and Security

We treat your personal information with the highest level of care. We collect, store, and manage your data safely in line with our Privacy Policy, strictly adhering to the rules of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and written in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any unresolved disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
