Shipping Policy
At Fantasy Gaming & Collectibles, we are committed to delivering your collectibles safely and efficiently throughout South Africa. We partner with The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s leading courier services, to provide reliable nationwide delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during major promotions, public holidays, or peak shopping periods.
Shipping Fees
FREE nationwide shipping on orders of R1,499 or more.
A flat shipping fee of R129 applies to all orders below R1,499.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Major Metropolitan Areas: 1–3 Business Days
Regional Areas: 2–5 Business Days
Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct when placing your order.
Fantasy Gaming & Collectibles cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and products to assist us in resolving the issue quickly.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at support@fantasygaming.co.za and we will work with The Courier Guy to investigate the shipment.
Pre-Orders
Products sold as pre-orders will be shipped once stock has been received from our suppliers.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all products are available unless otherwise agreed.
Release dates provided by manufacturers and distributors are estimates and may change without notice.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to physical addresses throughout South Africa.
Unfortunately, deliveries to certain remote locations may require additional transit time.
